How to sell fast and without any hassle
1. Putting your item online
Open an account on Clozen, take a few pictures of your items, categorize them, describe them (brand, size, condition, shipment size) and set your price. Then publish them for free.
2. Sale and shipping
Once your item has been sold, wrap it carefully, print the prepaid label and drop it off at a Swiss Post office. You have 5 days to ship it.
3. Commission
A commission of 5% + CHF 1.50 (transaction fee) will be deducted from your balance once the buyer has confirmed within 2 days that he has received the item in due form.

You don't like the item you received or have changed your mind?
You have the right to resell items purchased on Clozen. If you put an item purchased on Clozen back on sale within 5 days of receiving the item, you will only be charged the transaction fee of CHF 1.50 when the resale is concluded.
If you have kept the seller's pictures and wish to use them, you must have their agreement. We recommend that you upload your own pictures.

Refund Policy
Your purchase is protected when you order on Clozen. You will be refunded if your item has not been shipped, does not match the description provided by the seller, is counterfeit or if the parcel is lost or arrives damaged. You have 2 days after receiving the item to report a problem.

Prepaid labels & tracking with Swiss Post
Thanks to our partnership with the Swiss Post, you will be able to print prepaid shipping labels for your items sold on Clozen directly from the comfort of your home. The buyer will automatically receive an email containing a tracking number when you drop off the package at a post office. You will also be notified when the package is delivered.
